Assuming these commitments, the company has implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 respectively.

OFICINA TÉCNICA DEMONTES S.L.U. (DEMONTES), has developed its entire history as a company dedicated to the "Integral Defence of Forest Fires, Training and Environmental and Forestry Projects" and more recently to the "Management of Fire Stations and Emergency Services".
The Quality Policy at DEMONTES stems from the concern of the General Management to guarantee the full satisfaction of all relevant interested parties.
Our Quality Management System, based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, has a clear process orientation and is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation as well as being the basis of its strategic direction.
In order to achieve effective implementation, the participation of all DEMONTES resources, both human and technical and from all departments, is required.

La empresa Demontes en su deseo de integrar a los proveedores en su organización realiza una evaluación inicial de los mismos y después con una periodicidad anual, efectúa un seguimiento y re-evaluación de los proveedores/subcontratistas homologados. Registra y contabiliza las anomalías o incidencias en el suministro de productos o servicios suministrados por el proveedor para si una vez valorada la reiteración y/o gravedad de las mismas, decide en función de los criterios definidos la deshomologación del proveedor en cuestión.

Consequently, the aim we pursue as a company will have a multiplying effect on the activities of each of the members of the human team and of DEMONTES' customers and suppliers, so that not only will our activities be more respectful of the environment, but also their own.
For the application of the principles established in this policy, which will serve as a reference for the establishment of our environmental objectives, documented action plans are developed to avoid and control risks and to continuously improve the level of our environmental performance. The evaluation of the effectiveness of these plans and their implementation will be based on our environmental results and the aforementioned audit reports.

The Occupational Risk Prevention in the company OFICINA TÉCNICA DEMONTES S.L.U. is based on the following basic principles of action:
- To assume the commitment to achieve a high level of Occupational Risk Prevention, exceeding the minimums demanded in the current legislation, as well as other requirements that the company subscribes to.
- Occupational Risk Prevention, as a general action to be developed within the company, will be integrated into the heart of its activities and decisions.
- It is established that responsibility for the management of occupational risk prevention is a management function, which must be administered by any manager, at any level of the hierarchical line, with the same dedication and commitment with which he/she administers the rest of the activities delegated to him/her.
- Risk prevention is one more component of the business activity, being coherent with other human resources policies, receiving the same treatment as the rest of the functions carried out in the company.
- Consultation and participation of workers is guaranteed, as well as the information and theoretical and practical training that they need in all matters related to the prevention of occupational risks.
- The occupational risk prevention policy will be updated periodically, adapting it to technical progress.
- Comply with applicable environmental legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements to which the company subscribes.
- The company is committed to continuous improvement of our behaviour in terms of Occupational Risk Prevention.
OFICINA TÉCNICA DEMONTES S.L.U. reflects its commitment to Equality and Non-Discrimination in its specific principles of Corporate Social Responsibility. Likewise, Demontes recognizes as a strategic objective the development of labor relations based on equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and respect for diversity.
Article 14 of the Spanish Constitution proclaims the right to equality and non-discrimination based on gender.
In 2007, Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, on effective equality between women and men, was approved, providing a legal framework that recognizes the principle of equal treatment and opportunities, with special attention to correcting inequality in the specific area of labor relations. Through a series of provisions, the right to work-life balance is recognized, and greater shared responsibility between women and men in assuming family obligations is encouraged, guiding principles that find their most significant concretization here.
Subsequently, Royal Decree-Law 6/2019, of March 1, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment and occupation, has complemented this regulation by establishing new legal requirements for companies regarding equality.
At Demontes, we are committed to creating and maintaining a work environment where the dignity and sexual and personal freedom of all employees are respected, keeping them protected from any physical, psychological, or moral attacks. We have a protocol for preventing workplace harassment and preventing sexual harassment and gender-based harassment in the company.
