Assuming these commitments, the company has implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 aim of guaranteeing the integrity of its workers, eliminating or reducing the possible risks involved in the development of the work activity and in accordance with that described in the Law on Occupational Risk Prevention, DEMONTES has implemented an Occupational Risk Prevention system, which effectively integrates prevention into the company's management systems, both in all its activities (DEMONTES), has developed its entire history as a company dedicated to the \"Integral Defence of Forest Fires, Training and Environmental and Forestry Projects\" and more recently to the \"Management of Fire Stations and Emergency Services\".<\/p>\n<p>The Quality Policy at DEMONTES stems from the concern of the General Management to guarantee the full satisfaction of all relevant interested parties.<br \/>\nOur Quality Management System, based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, has a clear process orientation and is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation as well as being the basis of its strategic direction.<br \/>\nIn order to achieve effective implementation, the participation of all DEMONTES resources, both human and technical and from all departments, is required.<br \/>\nFor all these reasons, our commitment is to carry out our activities in accordance with the following principles, which are available, as is this document, to all interested parties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To achieve customer satisfaction in such a way that the expected requirements and expectations are met, as well as the regulations and legislation in force that affect them.<\/li>\n<li>DEMONTES is committed to perpetually ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system and its continuous improvement. Through a series of provisions, the right to work-life balance is recognized, and greater shared responsibility between women and men in assuming family obligations is encouraged, guiding principles that find their most significant concretization here.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, Royal Decree-Law 6\/2019, of March 1, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment and occupation, has complemented this regulation by establishing new legal requirements for companies regarding equality.<\/p>\n<p>At Demontes, we are committed to creating and maintaining a work environment where the dignity and sexual and personal freedom of all employees are respected, keeping them protected from any physical, psychological, or moral attacks.
